Refund & Return Policy

In the event you are not satisfied with your melts, we will happily offer you a replacement or exchange for another scent/size to an equal or lesser value. 

If in the event you are not satisfied with your candle due to burning errors, we will endeavor to troubleshoot the errors with you until resolved. In the event the candle is not salvageable, a new candle may be supplied with the customers responsible for any shipping fees applicable. 

*No refunds, replacements or responsibility will be taken by Mumma's Melts if the customer does not use their candle in accordance with our warning labels - Burning for no longer than 4hrs at a time, not burning near any drafts, windows, air vents, fans or air conditioning or on outdoor tables where exposed to the elements. 

For all warmers - in the event the warmer arrives with the globe inoperable, we will happily send you a replacement globe free of charge. 

In the event that your globe discontinues to light within 7 days of your purchase date, we will happily replace your globe free of charge. Outside of the 7 days from purchase date, you will be required to purchase a replacement globe. 

* Please be aware that power surges and lightening strikes can cause your globes to blow. Please turn off all electric warmers during these events to help prevent premature failure. 

For all ultrasonic & travel diffusers - if you have changed your mind, we will gladly exchange or refund the product price only not including postage as long as the item is in sellable condition with all packaging & items unused & in tact. 

We do NOT refund any products for change of mind. We only exchange or offer a store credit.
in the event that your warmer has NOT been used & is in perfect selling condition, including the packaging.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In the event that you wish to exchange a 'special order' product, a restocking fee of $15.00 is chargeable or deductible from any exchange price, as these items are strictly ordered per customer.

Please be aware that our online and in-store loyalty systems are two different systems. Therefore, points accrued online can NOT be used in-store and vice versa. Thank you for your understanding.
