Refund & Return Policy

In the event you are not satisfied with your melts, we will happily offer you a replacement or exchange for another scent/size to an equal or lesser value. 


For all warmers - in the event the warmer arrives with the globe inoperable, we will happily send you a replacement globe free of charge. 

In the event that your globe discontinues to light within 7 days of your purchase date, we will happily replace your globe free of charge. Outside of the 7 days from purchase date, you will be required to purchase a replacement globe. 

* Please be aware that power surges and lightening strikes can cause your globes to blow. Please turn off all electric warmers during these events to help prevent premature failure. 

We do NOT refund for change of mind. We only exchange in the event that your warmer has NOT been used & is in perfect selling condition, including the packaging. 


In the event that you wish to exchange a 'special order' product, a restocking fee of $15.00 is chargeable or deductible from any exchange price, as these items are strictly ordered per customer.

All orders sent via Australia Post & Shippit are covered under shipping insurance only when purchased at checkout using our EnGarde external company. If any breakages or failure to arrives occur, we will only send replacements items IF you have purchased this policy at checkout.
