 How to Use 
  1. Soak: Soften your skin in the shower or bath for 5-10 minutes. Please do not use any body wash, soap, or lotion before you start exfoliating.
  2. Scrub: Wash your mitt with hot water before first use. Using the damp mitt start scrubbing upward and downward strokes by applying decent pressure to your skin until you see dead skin cells roll away. Please ensure you are not standing under water whilst exfoliating.
  3. Rinse: Using lukewarm water, rinse off your body and moisturize skin with your preferred body moisturizer or oil.
